Based on all given information, a number of students who never played specific sports among 200 students conducted the surveys is as below:

Foot ball: 30
Basket ball : 40
Hockey: 50

We could Assume that all 140 students who play the Tennis which has the minimum number of all 4 games (; 200 x 70% = 140) are the first candidate who must have played all four games.

In order to get the minimum number of students who must have played all four games:
1. Among these 140 students who play tennis as a hobby, we should subtract the number of students who never had played other 3 sports each in case they are the one.
2. 140 - 30 - 40 - 50 = 20

answer = 20

Out of 200 students 85% plays football means 200*85%=170,then 200-170=30 plays Football,
80% plays basketball means 200*80%=160,then 200-160=40 plays Basketball,
75% plays hockey means 200*75%=150,then 200-150=50 plays Hockey,
70% plays tennis means 200*70%=140,then 200-140=60 plays Tennis,
then 30+40+50+60=180 and now subtract 180 from 200=200-180=20 .
Ans-minimum number of students who must have played all four games=20

AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE ANSWER
total student = 200
who plays basketball=80% => 80/100*200=160
who plays football=85%=> 85/100*200=170
who plays hockey=> 75/100*200=150
similarly who play tennis=140
let x be who played all four games
170+160+150+140-x=200
x=420

200*（310-300）%=20
explain：
narrow to two sport： 85+80=165 total is 100% so at least 65% played both
then use the first result: 65+75=140 which means at least 40% played three sports
then: 40+70=110, means at least 10% played 4 sports

I think that a minimum number of the students who must have played all 4 games should be focused on the 70% which is the smallest percentages among 4 games. Thus, the answer might be 200 x 70 % = 140

I think the answer should be 110 students because suppose if we allocate a rectangle to all population of students. And if we allocate 85%(max ) students from left side and 70%(min) from right side then the common
are will represent the required population i,e 55% of 200 which is 110 students
