There can be two possible on the basis of given information
Case 1)-2, -1, 0, 1. All in AP with common difference=1. And d=1 i.e d> 0
Case 2) -3 , -2, -1, 0 , here satisfying all the given conditions, d=0.

So, we can't say for sure if d>0 or not.

So, none of the statements are.sufficient to answer this question.
