George one hour work=1/12
Paula one hour work=1/18
so
1/12+1/18=> 5/36
The total number of hours to print the same edition is 36/5=>7.2

paul one hour work=1/18

1/12+1/18=5/36

(12+18)/2 = 15

As the line independent of one another resembles that they are working together but independently. 7.2 will be ans if the work together depending on each other.

since A Workdone=112
B workdone =118
A+B=(112)+(118)
A+B WORKDONE =536
NOW TIME IS =(365)=7.2

sorry i do a mistake in that question .
A's workdone=112
B's workdone=118
(A+B)'S workdone=(112)+(118)
(A+B)=(536)
NOW TIME TAKEN =(365)=7.2..............

AND A=1/12
B=1/18
A+B=1/12+1/18
SO ON........

Paula's 1 hr. work=1/18
1/12+1/18=5/36
total no. of hours=36/5=7.2

1st printer=1/12
2nd printer=1/18
-->216/30=7.2
