ok, here trailing zeros would be contributed by totl no of 2s and 5s.
Just calculate the multiples of 5 upto 52.
i.e 52/5 = 10 multiples.
now multiples of next power of 5 i.e 25 are 25 and 50=2
hence total factors contributing to trailing zeros= 10+2 = 12
hence no of trailing zeros in 52! would be 12.

formula is n/5 + n/5^2 + n/5^3 + .......(only integer is consider)
52/5+52/25+52/125+ .....
10+ 2+0+0+0...
