Largest 3 digit number divisible by 24= 984
So their shares are (984*3/12=246) , (984*4/12=328) , (984*5/12=410)

Answer is 410
Explanation :
Take largest 3 digit number be 999 and divide it by 24, you will get remainer 15
So, larget 3 digit number divisible by 24 is (999-15)= 984

Now share of 3rd person is 984*5/12 = 410
Hence answer

given money is disributed in the ratio 3:4:5
let x be the amount distributed among 3 people
let, money distributed to each person be:
1st person: 3x
2nd person: 4x
3rd person: 5x
largest number of 3 digit is 999 but it is not divisible by 24
so look for smaller no. less than 999 that should be divisible by 24
that means by every factors of 24 it should be divisibe i.e,24=2*3*4
Therefore 998 is the no which is divisible by 2,divisible by 3 and divisible by 4
so,nw largest no. divisible by 24 of 3 digit is 996
and total share is 3+4+5=12
money distributed to 3rd person will be:5x/12
therefore, 3rd persons share will be (996*5)/12=415(ans)
