let k be a integer constant then 5k+k=66
=>k=11
so initially there is milk of 55 lts. an and water of 11 lts.
now we have to add water of x lts. to make the ratio 3:5
so 55/(11+x)=3/5
=>275=33+3x
=>3x=242
=>x=242/3=81 lts approximately
so either the question is wrongly asked or option is not there....

if it is 5:3 then
55/(11+x)=5/3
=>11/(11+x)=1/3
=>33=11+x
=>x=22 lts....
so the required addition of water is 22 lts....

let the amount of milk be 5x litres and water be x litres. then 5x+x=66. so x=11. so there is 55 litres milk and 11 litres water. let y litres water is added. so 55/(11+y)=5/3. so y=22. so ans is 22 litres

66 LITS MIXTURE
MILK IN 66 LIT OF MIXTURE=66*(5/6)=55
WATER IN IT=66-55=11
55/(11+X)=5/3
X=22 LIT(ANS)

Either question is wrong or options are wrong.
correct solution is...
initially milk=55l and water=11
let added quantity of water =x
55/(11=x)=3/5
than x=81 approx
if ratio is 5:3 than ans is
55/(11+x)=5/3
x=22
ans
