56 is the ans
let no chosen by the following avg speaker as
56-->a
61-->b
69-->c
63-->d
44-->e
12-->f
23-->g
27-->h
40-->i
46-->j

now a+c=2*61
and a+i=2*46
combining this two we get 2a+c+i=2(61+46)........(i)
similarly
c+e=2*36
g+e=2*12
subtracting this two we get c-g=2(36-12)=2*24.........(ii)
i+g = 2*27..........(iii)


(ii)+(iii) --> c+i=2(27+24).....(iv)

now by (i)-(iv) -------> 2a=2(107-51)

or a=56

as-- let no choosen by the persons are..

44(a),12(b),23(c),27(d),40(q),46(z),56(x)61(y),69(p),36(j)

=>y+z=112 ,
p+x=122 , x+q=92
=> p-q=30
now cross check the values to find the ans. and satisfy the constraint p-q=30.
