the options given are incorrect. the solution is:
French, German, Italian, British, Polish, Spanish if there is circular table.
when there is no circular table the solution is:
Spanish, Polish , British, French, German, Italian

from the above inference its clear that german sits beside italian but spanish must sit beside polish and polish sits nxt to british. So D matches n hence option b)D

option c)A because in 4 th condition spanish does not sit immediately next to italian but in the option A Italian sit next spanish

polish sits immediately next to british means :-(british then just after british polish may sit) or (first polish and then british may sit)...
let b for british and p for polish
then our case will be like:-bp or pb..similarly go for other statement and check you will get option D) as your answer
