PA = PB = 9 cm ( Length of tangents from an external point)

Angle PAB = Angle ABC ( alternate angles PA !! BC)

AC = AB = 6 cm

Triangles PAB and ACB are Isoscelles and sre similar triangles

( They are equiangular)

Taking the ratios of respective sides

BC/AB = AC/PB

BC/6 = 6/9

BC = 4 cm

ans is 6 because AP || BC which is gvn and AB intersects these two lines so ang PAB = ABC .similarly ang PBA= ang CAB .and in APB triangle AP =BP so in ACB tringle ang A and ang B are same so BC=AC. so its 6

AP=BP so 9cm thus AB =6 cm which makes BC =6cm
