55/(5^1) + 55 /(5^2) =13 (for 55! value)
so the range lies on btwn 55 ----59

5! = 120 (hence one 0)
10! = (there are 2)
15! = 3 zeros
20! = 4
30! = 6
40! = 8
50! = 10
60! = 12
65! = 13
70! = 14

hence highest value is 69!
lowest value is 65!

In any product a zero will occur when ever a 2 and a 5 is multiplied. so number of zeros depends on number of 2's and equal number of 5's. As n! has 13 zeros, it must have 13 - 5's and 13 - 2's. 55! has 13 - 5's and 50 - 2's, but, only 13 zero's will occur.so, minimum value of n is 55. The maximum value of n! to get 13 zeros is 59!, because 60! will have 14 - 5's, so will result in 14 zero's.
