here a/b=3/5
b/c=8/5


a/b changed as (24/5)/8
b/c =8/5

then a:b:c=24:40:25

then the amount of b=(35*40)/89=15.7 liters

here a/b=3/5 and b/c=8/5
and given a+b+c=35
first we have to equal b in both the ratios
so multiplying numerator and denominator of a/b by 8 and for b/c by 5 we have
a/b=24/40 and b/c=40/25
now b is equal.
let a=24x,b=40x,c=25x
since a+b+c=35
->24x+40x+25x=35
->x=.39 (approx)
therefore b= 40 *x=40*.39=15.6 ans

a:b=3:5
b:c=8:5
now a=3*8
a=24

b=5*8
b=40

c=5*5
c=25
total of abs =(24+40+25)=89
Final mixture=35 liters
then b liters=(40*35)/89

b=1400/89
b=15.73 Ans

so b'share is 35*40/79=
