let 2x be the number of cycles(2 wheelers) and 4x be the number of 4 wheelers.
2x+4y=58
make use of options given. compute options with y value since we need to find out numb of 4 wheelers...if we give 10 to y then equation becomes 2x+40=58 n 9 two wheelers..other options exceeds the total value

this type of questions can be solved by only guessing the anws
10*4=40
if(58-40)/2 ==0
then ans is true otherwise not

so max 14 4 wheelers can be there

option A is correct as 10*4=40 wheels for 4 wheelers and remaining 9*2=18 2 wheelers. for such type of questions always use hit and trial method using the options given.

we can move it from option
2x+4(10)=58
2x=58-40
2x=18
no.of 2 wheelers:9
no.of 4 wheelers:10
total:18+40=58
