Workout on units place since the given number 444444442 which can written as 222222221*2 so the numerator must divide by 2 so the units place must be even so 88888884

answer is B because if you multiply 3 numbers you must got a number with 0 at the end because 5*4=0 now if you add this number to 4444438/444444442 so at time of taking a lcm you multiply 2*0=0 so you again got a value end's with 0. now if you add this number to 4444438 then you got 8 in end and if 8 is divided by 2 you got 4 in end. so here only one option satisfy this answer i.e B)
