work done in 3 days by 1 man
in 1 day by (1*3)men= 3 men

same work in 2 days by 4 boys
in 1 day by (4*2)= 8 boys

therefore, 3 men= 8 boys
i.e., 72 boys= (8*9)boys= (3*9)men= 27 men
72 boys can do a work in 16 days
i.e., in 16 days a work is done by 27 men
" 48 " " " " " " (27*16)/48 men= 9 men

work done by men in 3 days = work done by 4 boys in 2 days ;
3 M = 8 B ;
72 boys = 8*9 boys = 3M*9= 27 M for 16 days
for 48 days = 16*27/48= 9 ans.

now...at place of 1 boy we need only 3/8 men so at place of 72 boys we need
72 * 3/8 = 27 boys

since, mtd/w = k;
1*t1*3=4*t2*2 => t1=8t2/3 (work constant);
now,
m*48*t1=72*16*t2
sub t1 in abv eqn
we get m=9

1boy=3/8men
72 boys 1 days wrk=1/16
72 x 3/8 men=1/16
1men=1/432
n x1/432=1/48
n=9mens

1m=8/3b
72b can do it in 16 day we convert 72 b in the men 72 b=27 m
That means
27 m can do it in 16 day.now by unity method
27 m×16=x×48
After sol x=9
Answer is 9 men.
