let x be the no of days for completion of work,then
2/8+(x-3)/10+x/12=1
on solving this eq we get x=63/11 days

(r+s+h) 1's day work=1/8+1/10+1/12=37/120
then 2's day work of them=2*37/120=37/60
and work done by hari in 3 day =1/12*3=1/4
so the remaning work =1-(37/60+1/4)=2/15
sayam and hari 1's day work=(1/10)+(1/12)=11/60
then no of day to compleate remaning work(2/15) is =(60/11)*(2/15) = 8/11 day
then the totel no of day =2+3+(8/11) = 5+(8/11) =63/11 is ryt ans.

sorry it will be 63/11 @pankaj take 150 instead of 120 so he got remaining as 46 which should be 16

take Lcm of 8,10,12 which is 120..so assume 120 units of work,,
ram do 15 units per day..
shyam do 12 units per day
hari do 10 units per day
so if they work together 37 units of work wil be one per day..after 2 days whn ram leave
74 units of work wil be finishd
remaining work wil be 150-74=76

in last 3 days only hari works
so hari can do 30 units of work in last 3 days
remaining work is 76-30=46
which ws done by shyam n hari togethr in 46/22 days so in all
2+3+ (23/11)=78/11 days are req to complete the wrk

on solving the above equation
x=63/11

(r+s+h) 1's day work=1/8+1/10+1/12=37/120
then 2's day work of them=2*37/120=37/60
and work done by shyam=1/8*3=3/8
so the remaning work =1-(37/60+3/8)=1/12
sayam and hari 1's day work=(1/10)+(1/12)=11/60
then no of day to compleate remaning work(1/12) is =(60/11)*(1/12) = 5/11 day
then the totel no of day =2+3+(5/11) = 5+(5/11) =60/11 is ans
