As its Rs 12/dozen. So 1 banana=Rupee 1.
Suppose he puchases x bananas.
so price of x bananas= rs x
but he purchased x+2 bananas for rs x
so price per dozen= 12x/(x+2)
ATQ:
12x/(x+2) = 11
=> x=22

According to question 1 dozen = Rs. 12
so price of 1 banana = Rs. 1
Suppose price of x banana = Rs. x
but he purchases x+2 bananas @ Rs. x
price of 1 banana = x/x+2
price of 1 dozen banana = (x/x+2)12 = 12x/(x+2)
According to question 12x/(x+2) = 11
=>12x = 11x + 22
=>x = 22(answer)
