work done in 2 hrs by 3 persons = 2*( 1/8+1/10+1/12) = 37/60 work.
Balance 23/60 work is to be done by Paul and Hillari.
Time taken by paul and hilari for 23/60 work = (23/60)*( 12*10/22)= 23/11 hrs
so work will be completed by 13:05.27 hrs

by paul in 1 hrs=1/10
by hillari in 1 hr= 1/12
work done by all in 1 hrs=(1/8 +1/10+1/12)
work done by all in 2 hrs=2*(1/8+1/10+1/12)=37/60 work
remaing work =23/60
paul and hilari can do work in 1 hour =1/10+1/12=22/120 work
22/120 work done by both in 1 hrs
23/60 work done by both in (23/60)*(120/22)=23/11 hrs
total work completed in =45 /11 hrs
work completed by=13:05:27 hr

Let the total work = 120 units.
As George completes this entire work in 8 hours, his capacity is 15 units /hour
Similarly, the capacity of paul is 12 units / hour
the capacity of Hari is 10 units / hour
All 3 started at 9 am and worked upto 11 am. So total work done upto 11 am = 2 x (15 + 12 + 10) = 74
Remaining work = 120 - 74 = 46
Now this work is to be done by paul and hari. 46 / (12 + 10) = 2 hours (approx)

So work gets completed at 1 pm

consider the whole task as 100.
George can do some work = 8 hours
in 1 hour he do the work = (1/8)*100
=12.5%
Paul can do some work = 10 hours
in 1 hour he do the work = (1/10)*100
= 10 %
Hillari can do some work = 12 hours
in 1 hour he do the work = (1/12)*100
=8.33 %
working together
George+Paul+Hillari=(8.33 +12.5 +10) = 30.83 % of work in 1 hour
now in 2 hours work done by them=30.83*2
=61.66 % of work
now work remaining after two hours = 100-61.66
= 38.34 %
now this remaining work is done by Paul and Hillari(because george left)
so Paul and hillari working together = 10 + 8.33
= 18.33 % of work
so they complete 18.33% of work = 1 hour
time taken by them to complete 38.34% of work = (1/18.33)*38.34 hour
= 2 hour (aprroximately)
so tatal time taken by them to complete the work =
2 hours(working together) + 2 hours (after geroge left)
= 4 hours(approximately)
so they will take 5 hours approximately..... hope you will satisfied

Chocolate method : Take Lcm of george,paul and Hilllari we get LCM(8,10,12)=120
Let the no of chocolates are 120 in that
George can eat 15 chocolates/hr
paul can eat 12cho/hr
Hillari can eat 10cho/hr
total choclates they can eat in 1 hr =Paul + George+hillari=15+12+10=37choclates
for 9:00 to 11:00 difference -2hrs
so for 2 hrs they can eat 37*2=74
George left after 11 remaing choclates are 120-74=46
Paul and hillari can eat=12+10=32/hr
=46/32 =2 hrs approx so ans is 11:00 + 2hrs =1:00 pm

After solving this equation, X=2.2727.
Ans=11am+2hour+(6*0.2727)=1:16:36 pm...

wor5 done = 2((1/12)+(1/10)+(1/8)) = 0.616666
remaining work is 1-0.616666=0.383333

0.383333 = x*((1/10)+(1/12))
x=2.09089 hr
11+2.09= 13.09 =1.09 p.m.

if 1 hr 37*1=37
also for 2 hrs they can eat 37*2(hrs)=74
George left after 11 a.m remaining chocolates are 120-74=46
Paul and Hillari can eat=12+10=22/hr
=46/22 =2 hrs approx so ans is 11:00 + 2 hrs =1:00 pm

the reason is george who can finish his work in 8 hrs takes jus two hrs to finish the task.. therefor others will take 2.5 and 3 hrs... so if work is started at 9am then after 3 hrs it will be completed

By 11am the work finished is (1/8+1/10+1/12)=37/60. The remaining work is 23/60. In one hour paul and hillaris work is (1/10+1/12)=11/60. In two hours ,the work completed by paul and hillari is 22/60. So the time taken is approximately 2 hours to complete the work of 23/60 by paul and hillari. So the work will be finished by 1pm (11am +2 hours)

L.C.M(8,10,12)=120
so, let total work=120 unit
George can do 15 unit work in 1 hr and Paul 12 unit and Hillary 10 unit.
so,2*(15+12+10) + t*(12+10)=120
t=3; so answer will be (11 am+3 hr)=1 pm

Ans is 1.09 PM. Assume work is 120. then
George 1 hr work is 15, paul 1 hr work is 12, hilary 1 hr work is 10. 1hr work of 3=37
so 9 to 11 am work is 74. then remaining work done paul and hillary...74+44=118work remaining..and 2/22 so the ans is 1.09pm
