For a obtuse triangle, its side must satisfy one of the following condition:
a^2 + b^2 < c^2
b^2 + c^2 < a^2
c^2 + a^2 < b^2

so option c is the answer.

The square of sum of the shortest sides of option b combination is 61.And root over 61 = 7.81024,which is more than 7.So,the triangle is an obtuse angled triangle.
Option a clearly speaks of a right angled triangle,apply the same logic for option c as b and it does not work,option d speaks of an equilateral triangle.So,option B is correct.

if a=12; b=5 and c /hypotenuse/ = 13
solution is
a) 12,5,13 becаuse C / hypotenuse / is the longest
