We have to go from answer in this type of question.
As we know sum of number from 1 to n is given by sum=n(n+1)/2 and perfectSquare= n*n;

In the question we could have 4 options we could find by the result as
n*n and x(x+1)/2, if both gives same result then required answer is n and x.
