it will be possible if batsman on 98 at first ball complete two run and run out at 3rd run then
at last ball batsman take strike and make a boundry either it is 6 or 4
but this ball should not be no ball............otherwise boundry are not considered

the one who is on 98 have the strike . now he take 3 runs but umpire give one run short therefore only two runs are counted and he scored his hundred and the one who is on 97 now have the strike so he can hit a four or six to win the match and completed his century.
