it is actually log 13 to the base 169,and log 11 to the base 121 so it 's result is 0.

ans is 0 as log169 13 -log121 11=1/2-1/2=0

I think it is log 13 to base 169 and log 11 to base 121
log rules:logb(c) = 1 / logc(b)
= 1/log13 169 -1/log11 121
= 1/log13 13^2 - 1/log11 11^2
=1/2*log 13 base13-1/2*log 11 base 11
=1/2-1/2
=0

log 16913 – log 12111
=log (16913/12111)
=log(1.3)
=log13/10
=log13 - log10
=1.11-1
=0.11
