All the cases without replacement of drawing will be
(First 1 red & then 1 blue) or (First 1 red & then 1 red) or (First 1 blue & then 1 red) or (First 1 blue & then 1 blue) which can be written as
(5/12)*(7/11) + (5/12)*(4/11) + (7/12)*(5/11) +(7/12)*(6/11) = 1
