As per ratio proportion theorem, t/4=9/t implies this t^2=36, t=6
where t is the time taken by them to meet each other.
and s is speed of madhav.

and now to cover x km,
kavya takes t hrs and madhav takes 9hrs
therefore, 48t=9s
48x6=9s
s=32kmph,
