In question asked: Day on 1st January
January have 31 day that is 4 week n 3 days
Thursday and Sunday is exactly 4 times
so these odd days will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
This 3 odd day can be in start of month or in the end of month
i both case no of Thursday and Sunday will be 4.
and day on 1st January is depend upon the this 2 cases.
So day on 1st January is Monday.

since there are exactly 4 thrusday and 4 sunday so there exisist 4 weak =28 days.....now we are left with 3 more consecutive days we have to adjust in such a way such that it may not affect thursday and sunday so 1st is Monday, 2nd is Tuesday 3rd is Wednesday....and rest 28 days consists of exactly 4 thursday and 4 sunday
