For that scooter question, I don't remember the answer. But way of doing it is 50,000 * (4/5)^4

Here the order is 3 numbers (1,2,3) and a four in increasing order
it will be in the order 3+1 +....(3 will be 1,2,3 and 1 will be 4)
therefore here 3+1+3+2+3+3+3+4+3+5+3+6+3+7+3+8+3+9+3+10+3+11+3+12+3+13+3+14+3+15+3+16+3=187
and the next 17 terms will be 4 and so the 200th term will be 4

12 ans if we expand the series like 4, 5, 6 ,after 198 the series is completes

44; the no of digits are 4,5,6,7,8, .....by adding upto certain digits the no.of numbers are 204 so we get 44.
