Dine members=(veg+nonveg - both)%
(60+50- 30)%
=80%
Not Dine members=100%- 80%
=20% of 200
=40 members

using ven diagram i solved this
Total 200 people of this 60% -Veg food = 120
Total 200 people of this 50% - non- Veg food =100
30% both veg and non veg=60
veg only=60
only non veg=40
both=60
therefore people didnt dine=> 60+60+40+x=200
=>x=40

Veg 60% = 120 , Non Veg 50% = 100, Common 30% = 60
Total people who ate = 120 +100 -60=160
Thus people who didn't eat = 200 -160 = 40

So, 80% of 200 = 160

200 = X + 120 + 100 -60
X = 40

n(veg)=30%(200) = 120
n(both)=60%(200)=60
n(Nveg U veg) = n(Nveg)+n(veg)- n(Nveg - veg))
=120+100-60= 160
=> 200 - 160 = 40

answer is c-40
solution is:-
veg=60%, non-veg=50%, veg and non-veg=30%
so, veg or non-veg=60%+50%-30%=80%
so, who don't eat either veg or non-veg i.e. who didn't eat any food= 100%-80%=20%

means, 20% of 200=40 quests didn't eat any food.

P(A U B) =P(A) + P(B) - P(A n B)
P(A)=60/100
P(B)=50/100
P(A n B)=30/100
Therefore, P(A U B)=60/100 + 50/100 - 30/100
P(A U B)=80/100
Required is P (A' U B')=1- P(A U B )
P(A' U B')=20/100
Hence , no of people who didnot dine is 20/100*200=40
