in all we have to choose 8 members from total
where at least 50% women are present
so we have cases like
4 women and 4 men = 8C4 * 8C4 = 70*70=4900
5 women and 3 men = 8C5*8C3 = 56*56=3136
6 women and 2 men = 8C6*8C2=28*28=784
7 women and 1 man = 8C7*8C1=8*8=64
8 women and 0 man = 8C8 =1
adding all the 4 values above obtained we have
8885 ways
