T(8) means Triangle which is of 8 letters of "3" corners
similarly S(6) is for square --> "4" & R(9) is for rectangle "4"
So H(7) is for hexagon --> "6" corners... So answer is "6"

The solution is taken with respect to the postion of letter and their divisiblity by 3 and 4.... if divisible by 3 it is taken as 4 and vice versa..
the position of t is 20,20*8=160 which is divisble by 4 hence the value is taken to be 3
same way h is 8,8*7 = 56 which is divisible by 4 hence the value is 3
H(7)==3
