First arrange the alphabets reversed (A-M)=(1-13) (Z-N)=(14-26)
H-opposite letter right side I.e R
O-opposite letter right side I.e M
N-opposite letter left side I.e L
E-opposite letter ( because middle letter) I.e V
S-opposite letter left side I.e G
T-opposite letter right side I.e H
Y-opposite letter left side I.e A
Arrange this code reverse it becomes
HONESTY-AHGVLMR like that
RESOLVE - UFNLGWH

Word: "HONESTY" make it reverse "YTSENOH"
split alphabets into 2 set as a-m and z-n. and the answer will be opposite letter with the perception of -1,+1,-1,0,-1,+1,-1
"RESOLVE" be coded as "UFNLGWH"
