Large envelopes bought=x
Total No. of envelopes bought=x+2x=3x
Small envelope unused=(5/11)*2x=10x/11
Large envelope unused=(2/3)*x=2x/3
Total envelope unused=(24x/13)+(x/6)=52x/33
Fraction of the total envelope unused=(52x/33)/3x=52/99

Given 60% of 5 employees including 2 who are capable of doing task.

60% of 5 employeees
= 60/100 * 5
= 3 employees

===> 2 employees who are capable of doing the task and one employee who is not capable.

percentage of employees assigned who are not capable
= 1/3 * 100
= 33.33%

Let there is x Kgs of alloy.
Cooper present in mixture= 15/100 of x
Lead present in mixture = 25/100 of x= 5 Kgs(Given)
=> By solving above expression : x= 20Kgs
Silver present in mixture = 60/100 of x= (60/100) * 20 = 12 Kgs

5.) ratio of contents in the alloy is given to be :
copper : lead : silver
15/100 : 25/100 : 60/100 (make lead as 1 i.e divide by 25 each content)
3/5 : 1 : 12/5 (no as per question make lead to be by multiplying by 5)
3 : 5 : 12
hence, we can this way get the ans to be 12kgs of silver .

C = 3B - A


B=1100 - C
1100 - C = 600 - 1/6C
C = 600

6) instruction lead group can accommodate 10 employee for each class. so 30 employees need 3 class for each module. we have 4 modules, 4*3=12 classes are needed to complete the training. $2500 is charged for each class. The total expense for instruction lead group is 2500*4*3=30000. let the room rental service be x. The equation is 2500*4*3 + x = 200*30*4 + 8000. it becomes 30000 + x = 24000 + 8000. the answer x is 2000.

As only 10 employees has room rental services and so they are paid $200 per module so each of them gets $800 ..then the savings become $(10000-800 )= $9200 .. but due to rental services the saving is shown to be $8000 ... so the amount of rental service is $(9200-8000)=$1200.
