Total work=36(LCM of 12 and 9)
A=9(4=efficiency)
B=12(3)

Work. 7×5+1=36
Days. 2×5+1/4=41/4

(A+b)'s 2 day's work= 1/9+1/12=36/7
(A+b)'s 14 day's work= 36/7 * 7=36 ans

A can complete total work in 9 days.
One day work of A = 1/9 part.
B can complete work in 12 days.
One day work of B = 1/12 part.
A and B together can complete work in one day,
= 1/9 + 1/12
= (4 +3)/36 = 7/36 part.
Take, 2 days = 1 time unit.
To time unit needed to complete the work,
= 1/(7/36) = 36/7 = 5 time unit approx.
Total Time = 2 *5 = 10 days

Total work done in 2 days = 1/9 + 1/12 = 7/36 -> in 2 days
So if we multiply 7/36 by 5 we get 35/36
So the work done till 10th day will be 35/36
Hence the next day A will come and complete the 1/9 work and it will be 35/36 + 1/9 -> 39/36

Hence the work will get completed in 11th day
