reqd time=9hrs
actual time taken=9+2hrs
arrival time at London is 9pm local time of Dubai
local time of London=9-4=5pm.

when time in Dubai=10 am
time in London =6 am
scheduled arrival time at London=6+9=15=3pm
delay in flight = 2hrs
actual arrival=3pm+2 hr=5pm

Departure: 10.00 a.m(dubai time) Arrival: 7.00 p.m(Dubai time)
6.00 a.m (london time) 3.00 p.m (london time)
The plane Started 2hours late so arrival time will be 5.00 P.m (london time)

dubai time=10 a.m
2 hrs late=12.00 p.m
takeoff time 9 hrs, so 21.p.m ie. 9 p.m
london time 4 hrs behind so
answer is 5.00 pm

Local time in London when the flight takes off = 10 AM + 2 - 4 = 8 AM.
Total time is taken to cover the distance = 9 hr
Ans = 8 AM + 9 hr = 5PM

in dubai time is 10am so in london it will be 6am..i.e,4 hours behind
so
since the flight is 2 hours late,it may start dubai at 12pm . and it takes 9 hours to travel .that means 12+=21hours(9pm)to reach london
and therefore londons local time is 9-4=5pm
