(4-1==>3)subraction of odd number

(3+2==>5)addition of even number

(5+4==>9)addition of next even number

7*7=9
7*1=7
7*14=98
Logic for multiplying 14=7*2

Now for 2nd,
4*4=16
4*1=4
4*12=48
Logic for multiplying 12, 4*3=12, that means last digit is increasing by 1 (eg: 7*2=14,
4*(2+1)=12
3*(3+1)=12
5*(4+1)=25
The answer is,

(81,9,486)
9*9=81
9*1=9
9*54=486
We are getting 54 by this logic,
9*(5+1)=54

The difference between numbers is increasing like x + 1 , so it is +2, +3 and the next will be +4.
4 - 7 = -3
3 - 4 = -1
5 - 3 = 2
the difference between -3 to -1 is +2 and the difference between -1 and 2 is +3. if the next will difference be +4 the number should be x - 5 = 6, x = 11

On the other hand:
98 / 49 = 2
48 / 16 = 3
36 / 9 = 4
125 / 25 = 5
our number is "6"

11^2 = 121
121 * 6 = 726 then ----> (121, 11, 726)

In every set the middle number square is the first number

(49,7,98) => 7*7 =49 and 49*2 =98

(16,4,48) => 4*4=16 and 16*3 =48

(9,3,36) => 3*3=9 and 9*4 =36

(25,5,125)=> 5*5=25 and 25*5=125


hence (x,y,z) = (36,6,216)

(36,6,216) => 6*6=36 and 36*6=216

8*3-2=24-2=22
8*4-4=32-4=28
