option 2. acd makes it more structurally correct
shyam won a lottery,one need not be intelligent to win a lottery,shyam may not be intelligent.(kind of like a tiny story )
option 1 : option E is a false sttement and is not supporting the F
option 3 : same reason as option 1
option 4 : too many shyam's and if some ones playing a game they will get some intelligence

Option 2 is Correct.Even thought 3 is also Correct.But When we are identifying in Sequential order first Choice is 2.
