A and B can fill in 15 hours so they both are filling 6.67% every hour.
after running for 5 hours a day 5*(6.67%)=33.35% if filled.
remaining 66.65% is filled by A in 30 hours.
so to fill 1 % of tank how much time will be required???
(30/66.65)*100 to full the tank that would be 45 minute.

45 hours

5 hours filling by A & B = 5*1/15=1/3
Part of the tank remaining=1 - 1/3 = 2/3
If pipe A alone can fill the tank in 'x' hours, then 30*(1/x)=2/3 => x=45
