Wednesdaty is the answer. As he starts his work on Monday, he completes one cycle and he takes on the seventh day i.e., Tuesday. Again he starts his work on Wednesday. So the cycle repeats as before and finally the 12th holiday he takes is "Wednesday",which is the final answer.

since the holiday comes for every 9 th time..

Wednesday is the correct ans.
don't use any formula just use a simple logic like first holiday will be on Tuesday and the next holiday will be on Thursday so there is only one day gap so follow the sequence up to the 12th holiday and you will get your answer.
