more the efficiency of a person less the time he takes
in given data=> m:w:c=3:2:1=>1/3:1/2:1/1=>multiply the numerator with 6 then we will get ratio as this=2:3:6 which is men will take 2x days to complete the work,women takes 3x days & children takes 6x days to complete the work

20(1/2x)+10(1/3x)+20(1/6x)=1/3=> from this equation we get x as 80

m=2x=2*80=160days to complete the work.
men one day work can be written as 1/160
so men ten days work is 10/160= 1/16
16*men = 16*1/16=1
hence we required 16 men to complete the job
