George can do a piece of work in 8 hours. Paul can do the same work in 10 hours, Hari can do the same work in 12 hours. George, paul and hari start the same work at 9 am, while george stops at 11 am, the remaining two complete the work. What time will the work complete?

The above question has full credentials..but the main question is altered and must not be asked in tcs

G takes xhrs
so 1 hour work for g=1/x
P takes 12 hrs
so 1 hour work for p=1/12
h takes y hrs
so 1 hour work for h=1/y
so total 1 hour work of all three=1/x+1/12+1/y
so as they start the work at 9 am so till 11 am it is 2 hours so 2 hours of work for all three=
2*(1/x+1/12+1/y)
now left work=1-(2*(1/x+1/12+1/y))
time taken by P and h to do the same work in 1 hour=1/12+1/y
so time taken by p and h to do the left work= 1-(2*(1/x+1/12+1/y)) / (1/12+1/y)
