The answer will be (4)19. If we replace P,Q,T,V with '*','/','of','+' respectively, the equation will become 85/17*3+1of4. Now, this problem is solvable if you know the 'BODMAS' rule, which is nothing but an arrangement of mathematical operations.

'O' - OF
'D' - DIVISION
'M' - MULTIPLICATION
'A' - ADDITION
'S' - SUBTRACTION.

‘V’ means '+'

First, let us write the equation by substituting the operators.
