divyanshu is moving with twice the speed of escaltor
x/ =2
x/ = 6
d+e/d-e = 3
d= 2 e

let speed of man be x & speed of escalator be y
(x+y)*2=(x-y)*6
x=2y
divyanshu walks twice speed than escalator

let divyanshu's speed be x and speed of escalator be y
speed while going upwards= x+y
time taken to move up= 2 min
speed while coming down = x-y
time taken to move down= 6 min
distance covered is same in both cases
distance =speed*time
2(x+y)=6(x-y)
2x+2y=6x-6y
8y=4x
2y=x
therefore divyanshu is walking twice as fast as the escalator
