a+b+c =167 ;
total wt of 7 weighings = a + b + c+ (a+ b) + (b+c) + (c+a) + (a+b+c)
= 4(a+b+c)
so avg of 7 weighs = 167*4/7 = 95.43 approx

avg of 7 weighings = [a + b + c+ (a+ b) + (b+c) + (c+a) + (a+b+c)]/7
= 4(a+b+c)/7
= 167*4/7 = 95.43

the following are being weighed:
a,b,c,a+b,b+c,c+a,a+b+c
last weight = a+b+c=167
the average weight of 7 will be= [a+b+c+(a+b)+(b+c)+(c+a)+(a+b+c)]/7
=4(a+b+c)/7
=4(167)/7
=95.428
which is approximately equal to 95.43

ttl wt of 7 weighing=A+b+c+(a+b)+(b+c)+(c+a)+(a+b+c)=4a+4b+4c
= 4(a+b+c)=4*167= 668
so average of 7 weighning= 668/7= 95.428
