There will be 8 cars and 28 scooters in total arrangement of 36 vehicles.

In right 18 vehicles, there will be 5 cars and 13 scooters.

First 4 groups will have 4+4*5/2= 14 vehicles.( 4 cars and 10 scooters)
Fifth group will have 1 car and 3 scooters.

13scooters in the right half of arrangement.
1car+1 1car+2 1car+3 1car+4 1car+5 "1car+6 1car+7 1car' =13 (total=16 half of the 36 there for scooter only 13.)

Answer: 15
as half of 36 is 18 so the series of vehicles-
2,3,4,5,6,7,8,car=36 and series of scooters-
1,2,3,4,5,6,7=28 but after half way from series of vehicles=15

1c 2s -> 3
1c 3s -> 4
1c 4s -> 5
1c 5s -> 6 , upto now total 20 vehicles
1c 6s -> 7
1c 7s -> 8 , now total vehicles arranged are 35
1c.
now count right half , no. of scooters = 7s+6s+2s = 15s.
ans : 15 scooters
