alternate of 4 no.
8= 4+(2^2)
24=8+(4^2)
60=24+(6^2)

4,8,24,60 and 3,4,13 are two series
find diff first
4,16,36 (which are squares of 2,4,6)
1,9 ( squares of 1,3) so nxt in this series will be square of 5
i.e 25 ..... 13+25=38

just look the alternate number bcoz we have to find alternate number only so
we will concider this number 3 4 13 ?
3+1^2=4
4+3^2=13
13+5^2=38

easy way..It contain 2 series....
multiply the odd place numbers with "prime nos" 2,3,5,7.....
4*2=8
8*3=24
24*5=60

even place nos
3+ 1^2=4
4+ 3^2=13
13+5^2=38
so ans=38....

25 is ans...bcz4 and 8 diffrens is 4 8 and 24 diffrens 16 these are even no square...3 ana 4, 4and 13 diffrens is coming for odd no square so ans is25

3= 4/2 +1,
4 = 8/2
13=24/2 +1
so 30 = 60/2

correct solution's are
there are two series 4,8,24 & 60 are the 1st series
and 3,4,13 are the second series.
first series obeys this rules....
4= 4+(1)^2
8= 4+(2)^2
24=8+(4)^2
60=24+(6)^2

second series (3,4,13) obeys this rules
4=3+(1)^2
13=4+(13)^2
so 13+(5)^2=38...is the correct answer...thank you..

4-3=1
8-4=4 & 4-1=3
24-13=11 & 11-4=7

=> 11+11=22
& 60-38=22

Ans. 38
