Form the given after completion 0.5feet upward ant need to travel 1feet forward fro next up word.

1:so we need 20 half feet upwords for reach 10ft.
2:we need 19 forward moves( because after reaching 10feet we don't need to move forward so we have 19 forward steps)
--> so fro 1 and 2 we need (20half feet+ 19 feets)= 29feets distance to rech 10ft.

Ans) 29ft.

for every half feet the ant has to travel one feet forward .. so to get to the top it has to travel 20 half feets (upwards) .. since there is one feet for every half feet we have 20*1feet = 20 feet

therefore the distance travelled by the ant is = 20 half feets + 20 feet
= 10 + 20 = 30 feet

to get 10feet height would require 20 stairway
20 stairway give 20 feet
so total = distance move =20+10=30feet
