1.(1,1)(2,1)(1,0)(2,0)
2. (1,-1)(2,-1)(1,0)(2,0)
3.when(1,0) & (2,0) is diagonal point not edge...

ans= 3 squares
==>> in previous given explanation I did a mistake... instead of x axis I considered y axis.so correct explanation is as follow,
as here two vertices are fixed(not side of square) three squares are possible,
(1). upper side of x axis where at x axis it's one side exist(with side length=1unit),
(2). lower side of x axis where at x axis it's one side exist(with side length=1unit),
(3). having diagonal of square at x axis (with side length=0.707 unit, as its diagonal has length of 1 unit)

ans= 3 squares
as here two vertices are fixed(not side of square) three squares are possible,
(1). right side of y axis where at y axis it's one side exist(with side length=1unit),
(2). left side of y axis where at y axis it's one side exist(with side length=1unit),
(3). having diagonal of square at y axis (with side length=0.707 unit, as its diagonal has length of 1 unit)

3 squares.
Plot the points on x axis. Now for square, all sides need to be of equal length and angle between adjacent sides need to be 90 degree.
First take unit distances above x-axis..which will give you two vertices, (1,1) and (2,1).Plot it. This is your first square.
Secondly , do same below x-axis..which will give you two vertices, (1,-1) and (2,-1). Plot it.This is your second square.
Now ..for last square..well,,the whole figure itself is a square with 2unit length of each side.
So, 3 squares are possible.

Only Two squares are possible
As one side of length 1unit is fixed ,the other sides must make angle 90 with this side , only possible in 2 ways
