all powers of 3 is having this digits in units place(1,3,7,9)in above problem except 6561 have 1 in unit digit

6245 is divisible by 5.
6762, 6074 and 6178 are even numbers
So the remaining option is 6561= 3^8

among the numbers check which are exactly divisble by 3. of them we will find 6762 and 6561 are divible exactly by 3.Now check 6762/3 and keep on dividing...remember the divisiblity rule of 3.You will find 6561 are perfectly divisible .. and simply 6561 =81*81 i.e 3^4 * 3^4= 3*8...so 8th power of 3

6561,because any power of 3 will be get divided by 3.So,if we go for the divisibility test only 6561(6+5+6+1=18) gets divided by 3.(18 is divisible by 3)

its unit digit is 1
which we can get from 3^4n

only 6762 & 6561 is divisible by 3 where 6762 is even ...
hence the ans is 6561
