to match the answer with the options given...(number of rose plucked)should be greater than (number of rose bloomed)...in this situation only two pairs are possible...(rose plucked=24, rose bloomed=9)and (rose plucked=23,rose bloomed=18)...for first condition...the roses decrease everyday by a rate of 15...so roses left=189/15=9(remainder)..which is not given in options....for second case...it is (23-18=5)....s0 rose left=189/5=4(remainder)..which is given in options....so ans is a)4.

when we take 7 or 6 see rose is never decreased if we take 24 then also not right but when we take 23 then always 18 rose bloom and after some day it become 4 ....
189-23=166
166+18=184
184-23=161
161+18=179
see here always at a difference of 5 then 189/5 remainder is 4 so ans is 4.

after some days means? give number of days if it for next monday the roses in the garden are 349 so on......as per calculation...
