let base be x
x^3+2x^2+3x+4=190
after solving, x=5

subtract 184 as base system 5
then unit digit i.e 4 less then 5 so at unit position number will be 4
then tens digit i.e 8 3 greater then 5 so at tens position number will be 3
and carry will be 1.
now hundred digit i.e 1 will be add with carry 1 so at hundred position number will be 2.
So 184 will be 234.
