yes its possible...
1. draw the diameter of first circle
2. draw the circle without lifting hands until it reaches the start point on the diameter
3. extend the diameter
4. draw circle as step 2
5. repeat 3 and 5

Start the line complete one circle move inside circles along the line and then draw second circle. Like wise rest.

1. Draw a circle without lifting ur hand until it comes to the initial point.
2. From this point extend a line to sme fraction of distance towards the center of the circle.
3. Then draw another circle from this end point of the line and reach the same point.
4. Repeat step 2 and when the 3rd circle is drawn extend the line passing thru center of these concentric circle to the outer (1st circle).
