c=> 3-1=2
b=> 2-2=0
a=> 1-3=-2

let the income of A,B,C be 100 =>A's income=100
B's income=200
C's income=300
let the expenditure be 30 =>A's exp=90
B's exp=60
C's exp=30
so their savings are A=10,B=140,C=270
so,the order is C,B,A

As the the ratio of their incomes are in ascending order, and their expenses are in descending order, their savings also in their incomes order.
So savings order = A < B < C
